I had mine installed last week. No difference in ride, however in terms of lift I got the full 1" in the rear but only just over 1.5" up front. Waiting to hear back from Westcott to see if that's normal.

I’m curious to hear the follow up. I actually think the advertised 2.5” up front is excessive for my needs.

Had the Westcott pre-collar lift installed about 3 weeks ago now along with 17" wheels and 35x12.5 tires.

Floor to fender
- Rear = 39.5"
- Front = 39"

So there's still a slight rake...

The tired and wheel looks good. Which brand? No issues with the ride being stiffer?

I ordered westcott lift, but the lift company told me to be careful as people report a "pogo stick" kinda ride with this kinda lift?? Anyone feel like this lift has worsened the ride quality? Thanks

Installed mine after 200 miles. Kept the stock suspension and the ride is exactly the same no issues! I also live in AZ where Wescott is located. I went to their shop to ask questions first. I did not have them installed at wescott but again no issues!

I take it your installed yourself? How did the install go and how off was your steering wheel and alignment after install?

I've had the Westcott lift since August. The ride is stiffer, which I like. As others have said it's interim. Don't really trust it on harsh washboard trails.

Does this mean you feel it is less able to handle those kinds of trails in a controlled fashion? Obviously, you could drive slowly and everything would be find but I assume you mean you don't trust it to stay in control if driving at a higher speed over washboard.

I’ve done a lot of trail and off-road trails with this setup and haven’t had any control issues. It seems the Westcott collars are solid and keep that stock feel and stability I expected. I’m pleased with how it performs on and off-road.

I think it handles fine and I'm not worried about it staying in control. I worry that with less droop in the shock that I'm going to blow one out if I take it too fast or hit a big drop or hole. I think it's fine for every day driving and I always thought it would be an interim lift to allow me to go to bigger tires and for looks, but now that I have done some off-roading with it I want something more stable. I'm looking at the ICON Stage 4 set up. I bought this truck strictly for recreation and I believe this will give me what I want to take on most trails.

I am curious why more people here do not mention the Dobinsons MRR lit for the LC250. I have studied them all and to me Dobinsons seems slightly less expensive and also I hear requires less maintenance than most of the others. With that said, Icon looks terrific, as does King.

I’ve had mine on for awhile it does great on and off road. It was in mud, sand, rock, creek beds, and washouts this last weekend no complaints. I haven’t measured the front to rear but mine sits pretty even.
