New 2025 Land Cruiser here---two issues: brake squeal and an intermittent noise from the dash (center) that sounded like a fan hitting something. Very intermittent but pretty loud. Couldn't find a causative factor for it but it happened every day.
Dealer couldn't initially find a solution and couldn't replicate while in the service bay, so I found one on Reddit. He tried it and it is fixed.
Basically, a cooler line behind the hybrid battery was sitting too close to the firewall (look---I'm not a mechanic, but this is what I read and shared). They adjusted it further away and the problem was fixed.
