Trailhunter wheels on their Landcruiser?

I decided to hang on to my OEM, FE wheels for one reason........... So my daughter, after I'm long gone, decides to let my LC/FE move on to another home, It'll have all the original OEM parts. I've also purchased replacement trim pieces for each one I modified, that'll be passed on as well.

I hear that too- try just over $3200 CDN up here in the frozen north.
I’m going to be in Sasebo early next year… and my baggage will be funded by my employer… hopefully I’ll have more luck after striking out in Haneda back in June.

I’ve seen quite a few used sets of those wheels on FB Marketplace here in the southeast US. Listings as low as $400 for a set of just wheels with no caps or TPMS. FB marketplace can be hit or miss though and I imagine demand is lower here

Wondering are any of the after market wheels Hub Centric. I like the looks of the stock wheels myself, plus being lighter than most wheels.

Good luck, and happy hunting

Yes, have seen many sets with/without tires for sale in the southern US. Lots of “refurbished” on eBay. Nothing (yet) up north.

I want the GX OT wheels so bad… but not $2,500 bad

Does anyone know if the trailhunter wheels (18x8.5 +20) will rub with 275/70/18s? I know 285/70s will at reverse full lock and 265s wont.

Edit: Nvm just picked up a set and can confirm 275/70/18 has no rubbing on stock suspension.

Does anyone have it on a Trail Dust one? I want to see the contrast of the colors to make sure it wont look ugly. They look nice on white or black for sure but I'm a bit hesitant for the Trail Dust.

If you are referring to the Overtrail wheels, those go nicely with Traildust. If you are talking about the bronze Trailhunter wheels, I think that is going to clash a bit with Traildust and Meteor Shower/Brown Sugar Metallic (but will look great on Wind Chill, Black, Underground and even Heritage Blue). Beauty is in the eye of the beholder though.

according to google the lc 18 inch wheel spec is et60 and the trailhunter is et20 so there is a 40mm difference between the two. essentially the trailhunter will stick out 1.5 inches more than the oem 18 inch wheel. i went with the tundra/sequoia trd pro bbs wheels and tires which is et47.5 and 285/65r18 and it is flush with the lc prem fender.
It's not that simple. If the rims are different widths, then the poke will not be the difference in offset. If I knew the width of both wheels, I could do the calculation and give the actual value of how much more the Trail Hunter wheel would stick out. Google isn't that smart. AI isn't much more than plagiarism at this point.

For reference, this is how much the Trailhunter wheels poke with 275/70/18.
