Roof moldings

LC 250 roof moldings were blown off my roof from an automatic car wash. I was thinking of using liquid weather stripping. Double sided tape was not thick enough. Anyone else experience this issue?

Yes, same thing happened to me this past weekend. I am going to stop by my Toyota dealer and see if they will do a warranty claim for a replacement molding.

Roof rack caught all three pieces and I didn’t lose anything. I talked to the dealer today when I did my 5000 service and they said there’s nothing they can do about it. They do not glue those in the place.
