Is there much glare coming up from the fender from those lights when aimed forward?

Check my recent posts from like 30 minutes ago. I uploaded some pics of the lights in action. they are maybe 10 degrees from center on those pics. they fill in the dark spots between the roof side lights and headlights/grill light bar, perfectly. didn't notice glare on the hood at all. they also add a ton of light forward at higher elevation compared to my grill light bar, similar to what you'd expect on roof rack lights. I really like these because they have 6 LEDs facing forward and then 3 LEDs on the sides so you don't need to put them at too much of an angle like traditional ditch lights that only have forward facing LEDs.

wondering how this is working out for you now. is it sturdy and do you think it’s feasible to access a roof top tent with it?

My ladder is arriving on Friday after waiting 6 weeks for it. I will get back to you guys with build quality.

Very easy. About 20 minute install.
Do you all know if they still make these ditch light brackets? I’ve checked their site a few times and no luck.
If I were buying them today I'd go with the Rago brackets. I had a set of them on my GX and they're much cheaper than the Nashfabco.

The ladder is an Interesting design, thanks for sharing. I'm kinda holding out for someone to get creative and design a full ladder that had a latch or split in the middle that could be "disconnected" allowing the rear glass to open, but the functionality of a full ladder.
Or a well designed side ladder (which I've seen a couple early Chinese made models) much like the one on the new Defenders which work really well.
