Installed Spidertrax 1" Spacers (pictures)

The Land Cruiser looks great with the spacers- very close to the offset I got with the Tacoma TRD wheels and 275/70/18 tires.

I wasn't set on the Tacoma TRD wheels, but I was set on stepping down to 18" with slightly taller rubber. Had I found a set of five, any of the OEM wheel options would have done. I was really hoping to have found a set of Lexus GX550 Overtrail wheels, but those are unobtanium in the frozen north.
Nice! These are the wheels I want to go with... I'm keeping an eye out for some, or maybe even some 4Runner/Tacoma trail hunter wheels. Although, not sure how the bronze will look on the traildust paint.

I have seen a couple, and the quality of the match is "in the eye of the beholder."

The offset is pretty good.

Nice! Thanks for sharing! If I can find something like that, I'd do it. Not a lot of "take-off's" in the Orlando area. haha

I installed some Spidertrax spacers yesterday, with apprehension, as I was not sure I would like the "poke". I believe @EOD Guy mentioned to me they emulate a +35 offset, which was more than I was wanting. However, I figured if I didn't like it, they cheap enough and easy enough to remove.

Installation is as complicated as lifting the vehicle, removing the wheels, putting the spacers on, torquing to spec and putting the wheels back on.

I ran Spidertrax spacers for a few years on my 5th gen 4Runner back in the day and knew them to be high quality.

As previously mentioned, I'd originally planned to put some Tacoma TRD Pro take-off sheels on the LC, but I'm still waiting to find some. I believe those sit at a +45 offset, which would be a stance improvement from the stock +65 offset. I actually like the look of the stock 18" wheels, so I figured spacers would give me more of the look I want.

Anyway, I figured if you're considering this same setup, I'd show some comparison photos so you could get an idea of how it looks and the difference between the look with spacers and without.

The photo at the top of the post is after install.

These photos is with no spacers. The look and stance was improved with the 275/70/18 KO3 tires, but the tires are still a little more tucked than I prefer.

These photos are with the spacers installed. It's a little more poke than I like, but it'll do for now.

And this is post install, from the back. When I was editing the photo, it was giving me the poop cruiser vibes from Last Line of Defense (LLOD on youtube) - I love the color and the shape/design cues from the 80 series.

Let me know if you have any questions.
Love the look! I just got my LC yesterday and in the same situation.. first question, how wide were the spacers, I ordered 1 1/4. Second, sounds like you don’t like the KO 3. I had KO 2s on my jeep. When you say trucker then you like, is that look or sound, feel ect? If you had it to do over, what 275 would you get? Last but not least, any fule impact? Thanks in advance. We will see how long it takes for me to scrape up the 20’s off road.

Woops, should read the title! Think 1 1/4 is to much
