New to me wheels. I stole the wheel idea from a fellow LC Forum person so thank you. Love them. 18” TRD Pro BBS Forged, Bronze, off a Tundra or Sequoia. The tires are new Goodyear Wranglers, slightly bigger than stock, 275R/70/18, 33.2” diameter (stock were 265R/70/18 32.6” diameter). Stock suspension. No issues.

I found them on eBay. But then I saw they’re in the same city as me. Houston. They’re called Texas Truck Tire and they’re pretty great. No affiliation.

Where does it show on the face of your bronze wheels below the valve stems the wheels are BBS forged. made in Japan like the black ones from a 2022+ Tundra TRD Pro?

I called my Toyota dealership and they quoted me a price of $1,098/each plus center caps plus new TPMS sensors totaling $4,898.07 without tires mounted and balanced. That's when I went to eBay and found Texas Truck Tires who had a set of 4 with new Goodyears mounted for less money than new rims only.

Texas Truck Tire bought the originals from me.
But yes, I just sold 4 rims/tires (that were much smaller and lighter than Land Cruiser rims/tires) and it cost $582 to ship by ground from Houston to Georgia. Someone in Spokane wanted to buy them but the shipping fee was $745 so they backed out.
Gotcha. That’s not a bad deal actually. Are these rims lighter than the stock ones?
I’m in DFW area, if the price looks good and they can take my stock rims and tires, it might worth a drive down to Houston.
Some dealers/part stores sell them for about $800/wheel new. Made in Japan forged OEM wheels like these BBS are not inexpensive like other cast or flow formed wheels which ae usually around $300/each.
Would method or fuel falls into that $300 category?

Yes from what I can find out, Method, Fuel (non-forged), and Stealth Custom Series are popular Chinese/Indian/Mexican cast wheels
