What kind of window Molle panels Shown in photos. Looks like low profile ones compare to others I sawI installed an Element fire stick on the molle panel in back of mine. I’ll do a full post of all my upgrades soon. Just waiting on a few more things. Here’s a pic of the extinguisher though.
What was the issue?FYI, I just bought the Bracketeer and tried to install it, and it does not fit in the Land Cruiser.
Also, since I haven't seen this documented anywhere else, the bits for the seat bolts are T50.
The Bracketeer can be installed in 2 ways: either by clamping (for most vehicles) or bolt to seat mounts (for JDM). It obviously couldn't clamp to the rails, the Land Cruiser being JDM, and when attempting to bolt it to the seat mounts, the Bracketeer interfered with the rails as well and the bolts could not be reinstalled. What was the issue?

I am pretty sure that having to find a nut driver to get the fire extinguisher loose would be no bueno for me.
I was about to shell out some money for one of these as well and decided to do a search on "reviews". I found this YouTube video where they tested several types and sizes. Basically, the Element was useless for the simulated engine fire scenario. I currently have a 2.5 pound ABC unit and was anything but assured that it would do the trick after watching the video. In fact, even the 5 pound ABC unit was not 100% effective.I think those were the ones on "Fab Rats" YT channel, they didn't work very well.
Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. Compact and easy to store in an easily accessible location. I guess some things are too good to be true. They might still be useful for things other than engine fires like campfires that have gotten out of hand or a quick way to extinguish some burning grass on the side of the road before it turns into a brush/forest fire.Darn. So I guess we should forget about those handy single use extinguishers?
They look so good on a mole mount next to a flashlight and multitool.
