Finance log-in hacked

Anyone have an issue here? I have a note through SETF on my cruiser. Got an email last night that my auto pay was turned off. I can’t log in because it doesn’t recognize my username or email address. When I called earlier. Didn’t recognize my SSN either…so it seems like my account was just almost erased. Assuming it was a hacker…but figured I’d ask the forum. I know it’s not a question about the car but figured worth asking!
