Carbonio License Plate Holder (no drill mount)

I just got my bracket and it looks like to mount it, I'll need to block part of the radiator. Did anyone find this to be the case and if so, was it an issue? Also, don't want to block any sensors cruise control sensors, which I'm guessing are by the front lower camera?

I do not block the radiator at all. The license plate sits in front of the bumper.

You can mount it so the plate will not block airflow, nor interfere with any sensors or cameras
