Battery terminals

Are there there positive & negative terminals somewhere you can clip alligator clips from an air pump to?
I just opened the hood expecting to find the battery

The battery is in the back cargo area, left side. Just pop off the lower cover to access it.

There is also a +12V terminal and ground spot under the hood, and it is in the manual under "jump start" procedure.

True, but (depending on the air compressor being used), these probably shouldn’t be used for this purpose. They aren’t rated for the amps an air compressor peaks at.

I understand. I have been eying up several different Viair compressors for years (yet to pull the trigger) and the draw you can expect varies wildly from one model to the next.
