I don't know if they are effective (what with the computer controlling things) or a good ROI, but I'd install them simply because they look cool.

I have Banks' Pedal Monster on my 5.0 F150, it IS effective*, well built, and a quality product.

*I installed it to get rid of the dastardly pedal lag on the F150, I have it set low, I'm not trying to drag race. The thing works. The LC doesn't need one.

Banks makes premium stuff. I had a Banks CAI and exhaust on one of my Jeeps. I would think to get the most out of these tubes, you would need a tune and a free flowing exhaust as well.
