Picked up mine last week and promptly took it out to get a little dirty.

Still rocking the stock 20”/Dunlops and honestly aside from a little sink in deep sand (remedy: MORE THROTTLE!) these things have far exceeded my non expectations.

I still plan on getting Method 703s but I think I’ll do the stealth winch /stump bumper before I focus on tires. I don’t love the 20” wheels but they have performed great even during 30%+ inclines. I have ordered the DV8 bumper and will post pics of my winch wiring install here in a few weeks.

Other mods:

• FE Engine / transmission skid plate
• many more planned

285/65/18 Falken AT3. Vossen HFX1 Replicas +30 offset, tinted tail light covers, arm rests and cup holders.

Tire diameter is nearly identical to the stock 20”. Also the new wheels are 22lbs so total 67lbs per corner vs 76lbs for the stock wheel and tires. Hopefully same or better fuel economy. Maybe different rolling resistance.

2 x Arm rests for $80 on Aliexpress. They are very good quality and match fit and finish. I couldn’t live without them now as I’m 6’2.

Tinted tail light covers Aliexpress. Fit and look OEM. $40

Cup holders x2 for $45 on Alibaba. Sturdy and perfect fit.

It’s a kinda crappy Amazon tip I modified using a nice exhaust band clamp. Ground off the screw on mounting system. I cut a split the slip-on tip to push it on deeper & get a better angle on the OE muffler tip so it would hang the right angle I wanted. Here’s a link:

hi @GR8Santini , I assume those are GX550 wheels, are they pretty much plug and play on the LC? Did you order them from Lexus? I like how they look, I'm not a fan of fully dark wheels.

I agree on the dark wheels. I’ve never been a fan of them on any vehicle. They need the contrast.

Yes - there GX550 Premium wheels w/ custom center caps. The GX wheels fit LC just fine. There are lots of GX takeoffs from aftermarket rim additions out there.

Hi , I came across this thread on the Underground with GX 550 wheels. Here is mine with the stock 265 Toyos which may come off down the road. Got the Toyota center cap online and swapped the Lexus one out. I like these better than the non negotiable 20s that came with the car. No issues at all with fit.
