LC250 - meets my every need and looks way cooler! It's a comfortable daily driver, a smooth road tripper, and a beast off-roader. Toyota has sold more than 50,000 LC250s in the U.S. since the reintroduction in 2024. Even more interesting, the number of LC250s sold in 2025 equals the number of 4Runners sold in 2025. So, we are not alone (internet trolls be damned!)If you have to choose between the two what would you do?

Yeah this ultimately depends on the price point. Say, at the price point of FE, I would not want a strip down version of LC300. If price was not a consideration, LC300If money were no object, I’d have the 300. The 250 is much better value and is totally adequate for my needs. I also think the base model 300 is a lot more stripped down than my 1958 (e.g. no rear locker), and you’re on the previous generation safety suite.
Depends, if 300 is hybrid, I will go for 300. If 300 is not hybrid, I will stay happy with my 250 hybridIf you have to choose between the two what would you do?

The LX700h does, in fact, have a third row option. The LX700h Overtrain I'm looking at is configured with a 3rd row from the factory.I would take the US spec LC250. Meets all my needs.
Now if the LX700H had 3 row seating, it would be a contender, especially considering it has the hybrid motor on top of the Turbo V6.
The LC300 with TTV6 weigh about 5700 lbs due to extensive use of aluminum for the body.Vehicles like the 300 version have gotten to fn heavy to be taken seriously. Period. New Range Rovers have become fat pigs again after being so proud they dropped 1000lbs when they went aluminum. Industry thinks we are stupid...partly due to the excessive weight of EVs. Thus my only EV is a Fiat 500e for errands and local FUN. UNDER 3000LBS and that is damn heavy...but makes it a tank in the snow.
We are in an era of cheap hp, overweight Americans, and overweight vehicles like late 60s to early 70s...cuse ...Americans were not that fat then.
