They are OEM center caps for different models.

PT998-35221-3S is black with silver 'TOYOTA'
PT280-35221-5F is Black with bronze 'TOYOTA'
you can also use your Toyota Logo center caps from your factory wheels.

Sorry if this has already been asked, but do these fit the optional 20" alloy wheels offered for the Land Cruiser?

they are "Black Chrome". i can't find PN for lugs, but this is the wheel locks: PT276-50190
