♻️ For Trade Trade my 1958 round headlights for LC/LC Premium square headlights -in Quebec/Ontario/Maritimes Canada

This is the parts required from the video. Since you'll already will have the headlight then you would only need the modules and sockets.
So these sockets and modules aren't installed on the FE-1958/round headlights from factory?

The sockets are on the round headlights because they use bulbs. The Square headlights are LED and a heatsink is in place of the sockets. The square and round headlights use different modules. Its all in the video.

and donyou think those modules could be already installed from factory with their respective headlights?

This is how my 1958 round headlights looks from behind. I wonder why they put the wrong sockets and modules in them...

FYI, you are going to have to order parts because they are not the same module or electrical hook-ups on the back side of the headlight assy. There are a couple of You-Tube videos on it.
Technician at my dealer said they could do a direct swap if someone brought in both 1958 and LCLC without additional parts.

Yep the round headlights have sockets, you are correct but the square ones do not. They have a heat sink in place of the sockets. Here are 2 pics of my square headlights so you can see the difference between the both.

And?? Swap is plug and play and no parts needs to be purchased

Direct swap if relocating from one vehicle to another other than a headlight initialization will be required which you can do yourself.
