That totally sucks to hear some of these stories!!! That’s why I only rely on myself to do them because no one is going to care more than you, but I also understand that some people can’t do their own oil changes for reasons XYZ. Even though the Toyota care stuff is free for the first few, I smiled and told them awesome knowing I would never use them.

I don't care about the "free" maintenance on the LC. I will not use the stealerships. I've never seen such bad service as I do Toyota. The amount of oil that was lying in the original OEM skid when I took it off the next day to install upgraded skids was ridiculous. Big time no give a darn about your vehicle at the stealership. Find a good local mechanic. It's worth passing on that "free" service in my opinion.
