The steering wheel is from a 2024 Tacoma with heated option. I hated the stock wheel so took a chance and ordered a used from EBay. The lister said the truck was almost new and totaled so it was parted out.
I took a chance and glad I did. To my surprise this was a direct bolt on swap and every button on the wheel works perfectly.
I have no clue on warranty but don’t see why not. It’s all Toyota parts and I have never had a warranty issue with a steering wheel.

Steering wheel is fine for me but I hate the door armrest. Hurts my elbow. Anyone find something for that?
Did the airbag come w/ the steering wheel, or did the LC250 airbag swap over with no issue?
Really good question. I wouldn’t be worried about the warranty on a swap like this as much as I would an insurance and/or safety issue.
mind if i ask how much did the whole setup cost?
I'm looking on ebay it looks like they want 400 for the steering wheel and controls as well as another 400 for the air bag.
This is brilliant! Not sure what they were thinking, almost broke a nail when I first tried to put my hand through!
I also tend to drive with my hand hanging through the hole, now the car keeps telling me I am falling asleep as I have my hand over the top, blocking the wakey function...

$800 total is reasonable, I bought the leather top end steering wheel and paid $1000 total.
I have already sold my LC because it wasn’t what I was looking for so I have the leather wheel with heated option ready to go for the $1000 I paid for it if any one wants. It would be more brand new

The piece on the bottom of the LC steering wheel can be removed. No need to swap it out for a different one.
Please elaborate. Is it something easy to do?
Am I understanding that you also swapped out the airbag itself?
