After 2 months, I am still trying to put my hand at 6 o’clock on the steering wheel. Any Solutions to remove that cover at the bottom of the steering wheel?

Well the one thing I didn’t like about the LC250 was the steering wheel. Those of you that backup a trailer understand it’s nice it put your hand on the bottom of the wheel. So I did it

I agree ! I so badly want to remove that whole piece of shit from the bottom of my steering wheel… I just hate prying blindly and hoping that clips or worse tabs don’t snap ! I doubt that there’s any wires in that portion of the wheel.
If I figure it out I’ll reply to you…

Someone on here swapped the steering wheel with one from a Tacoma. If I remember correctly it was plug and play.

I would love an opening down at 6 o clock but I also love the look of the lc wheel. If you could pop off that plastic piece it’d be perfect… not sure what they were thinking there with the design

So I popped a little access panel on the side of the bottom spoke of the steering wheel and Damnit, there’s a wire inside that space… probably the steering wheel heater. So tearing it apart to rest your hand won’t work there. Sorry !
