Yes provided the extra space for pins are there, which typically Toyota won't use different connectors between trims, they sometimes however leave wiring, pins or both out though.
Solution to heated mirrors on 1958?

I might not be correct as I have an FE, and have no knowledge on the 1958, but I believe the pass-though harness, corresponding door harness and the mirror harness are tailored to the options for the specific vehicle....... ie ....... curtesy mirror lights, mirror cameras and heated glass. While the connectors may have empty slots where the wires/pins for the options are supposed to go, the wires aren't physically there.
I’m contemplating buying the LC grade door trim (comes with door harness) for my 1958, and I’m curious whether the extra interior lights will function. They’re not primary motivator, so would just try it and see.
Does the 1958 have the door proximity lights? If so It should work. The issue as I see it is the Cabin side of the wiring. Then it'll be the modules to make everything work OEM style etc......... Not insurmountable but expensive, unless you can find a wrecked one in a "U-pull-it" yard and strip the wires and modules etc......
Doing one system at a time by daisy chaining to a system your LC currently has, isn't that big of a deal, other than "time wise" For the mirror proximity light, you could daisy chain off the interior dome light (again I don't know if your LC has proximity lights) or you could tap into the running board light connector (from my understanding the connector is there on the pass side, but I don't know this). The heated mirror has been covered above. The birds eye cameras, while possible, would be expensive.
If you wanted to run all the additional wires like OEM with pins and wires in the door connector, it's very doable, but you would have to source the pins (new pins are hit and miss....some you can find and some not-so-much). A lot of exact parts are used on many models of Toyota and if that's the route you want to go, I'd suggest going to a junk yard and strip out a Camry door pass through connector and as much of the wire as possible. That way you could de-pin the Camry and insert the salvaged pins into the LC connector and splice whatever length of wire needed to the salvaged pin/pigtail etc...... This would be the most time consuming, but the most OEM like....... I currently have a Toyota "Highlander" rear trunk/hatch button installed in the cargo area of my LC as an interior hatch opener, for camping.
If you don't have a "pull-a-part" near you.......... I think there would be a good chance of using a borescope and guiding new wires through the OEM connector(s) and installing your own 3rd party connectors. After everything is buttoned up, no one would know but you.
@APIOQM I hate to break it to you but the door panel doesn't come with a harness, lights, switches, or even push pin hardware for attaching the panel. All items are separate as it shows in the parts diagrams (I could be wrong but the big square in diagram doesn't denote what is included, piece parts add up to quite a bit more than the ~$780 door panel), so I'm guessing your first want is the soft touch items which appear to be included on the panel? You could probably have all four door cards entirely leather wrapped and padded at an upholstery shop for the price of two fronts.
Also the harness that is shown in the same parts diagram as the door panel (which refers you to the diagram for the harness and lights) is only the harness for the door lighting and nothing else and the harness with lights is ~$340.
The harnesses one would need for the mirrors (if it's not possible to upgrade in place) would be cost prohibitive to buy (can't determine without TIS information which one it is as the parts diagrams aren't clear enough without the knowing the name of it) and massively labor intensive to install as this is a major harness running from the junction connector behind the multimedia display and running over to each door.
It would be much cheaper to buy a TIS subscription for two days download what you need and test with a multimeter to see if the voltage is even present coming out of the body control module before doing a deep dive that could very well prove to be a money pit.
As @EOD Guy suggested the parts diagrams show six separate door harnesses for LC250 based upon options installed, that doesn't mean that what installed in a Base model can't support more but it does likely mean that the wiring, pins, or both and even the connectors are probably different.
But anyone interested in adding the heated mirrors would be advised to check the function coming out of the BCM as I eluded to previously before going any deeper into it, if they want OEM operation of them.

Also there are Door mirror ECUs for each side in the higher trims, I haven't dived into the those but there is a strong possibility that the heated function may need to pass through those? These for sure interface with the cameras in the mirror but I don't know beyond that.

Maybe someone interested in this could convince Eric at Ed Martin Toyota to investigate, I don't have a horse in the race since I have a premium just trying to prevent people from wasting a bunch of time and or money on something that may not be possible without allot of cash or addition of an aftermarket method to control the mirror heater function.

At the end of the day, it boils down to ..... how much money and how much time are you willing to throw at this. I installed 2020 Tacoma heated mirrors on my '08 Tacoma because they were bigger, foldable and heated. The install took hours on the milling machine make adapters from the '08 door base to the '20 mirror pedestal. The wiring was pretty straight forward for the heating elements, I used an "auto-off" 5 min timer circuit. So...... doable but I wouldn't make another set unless someone paid me well......LOL
(edit) My '08 is as basic as a Toyota gets. It had manual windows, manual locks and palm adjustable mirrors. It now sports elect windows (after-market buttons), electric OEM locks (OEM buttons carefully cut into the door cards) and a FOB that was re-purposed from an Old Toyota after-market alarm kit. Does it look OEM, no........ does it work, flawlessly.

I’m primarily after the soft-touch. When the parts websites do a 25% off sale, you can get the panel for $495, the harness $15. I was under the impression everything in the parts diagram box is included. The notes for the lamps suggest they’re included with the panel:
Maybe that's a Canada thing for the lights? I see no mention of the same on US parts sites. There are 3 different part number lights in the doors and some have rubber diffusers over them while others have a frosted lens vs clear.
They all have the same connector mating type and method of being affixed to the panel though, IIRC the only lights that affix different are the two small lights in the cargo area which quite a bit different, but I was still able to swap those out as well with Bright white Camry lights. I've changed all of my doors and footwells out for brighter blue LEDs for a Camry and added rear footwell lights as well, only issue is they are very bright so I have the brightness turned all the way down now which makes it perfect for me.
Certain trims of the GX got color changing LEDs but those are almost $90.00 a pop and then you need Toyota to enable the function via GTS+ which I don't think would work as typically color changing LEDs require a third and sometimes fourth wire in addition to the ground wire to allow Red, Green, Blue and white, while we only have power and ground.
