Dealer had side door trims installed on my 58’ but lately I have been thinking of removing them. Two questions, are they easy to remove without damaging underneath or should I just leave it.

I would love the clean look without them but not rushing to do so, would be glad to hear everyone’s opinion.

There are a couple other threads on this topic (search for door or side body moldings). I just put mine on today (Wind Chill Pearl), and I"m VERY happy with the look! Plus I realized another benefit -- they seem to really help alleviate the tinny hollow sound that my doors had (due to lack of sound insulation)...

Thanks for input, didn't even occur to me about that hollow door sound I've read about! Seems this does help as I don't really experience that with these on.. heh.

You should be able to remove them with a little heat, steady easy pull, then clean up the residue after. If it's not in your wheelhouse, any body shop should be able to do it at a fair price.

.
I am biased, but I think they look good on your LC.

All I've got to say is WOW! At least on my LC, the tinny hollow door thing was very noticeable -- verging on being embarrassing whenever you closed the door (I know, a first world problem...)

Now, that appears to be completely gone. Both the front and back doors, windows open or windows closed. For me, this is a HUGE improvement in vehicle satisfaction!
