Not a huge fan of the diaper. Looking for options on the rear bumper without replacing the bumper itself. Likely a hitch cover or something. Show me your pics for ideas please!

One option, StickerFab has a $15 piece that helps clean up the hitch. Sticks on, makes area easy to clean & keeps area around 2” receiver hitch from looking rusty. Be prepared vendor ships really slow.
Have you tried the half hitch cover that comes with the vehicle? I tossed my full diaper (ew) and use it instead.
