Roof Rail removal process?

Can anyone post a quick set of tips on removing the OEM roof rails? I'm particularly interested in the initial steps on how to get the plastic covers off without breaking anything. I assume that once you get the covers off the rest is relatively intuitive.

I also assume that the steps are generally "Pop them off", however, it would be nice to know if you should start prying them off in a particular spot around the cover to avoid breaking any clips.

Sorry, can’t help you there. I installed a Prinsu so no need for the delete kit.

These were exactly what I needed. Had the rails off in about 5 minutes. Really helps knowing where to pry/pull to make sure you don’t break any of the clips. Thanks again!

There were some part numbers in this thread. I’ve ordered the parts but haven’t received them yet to test.
