So, I've been looking for ditch light brackets for the 2024 LC 250 and came across these. They seem to be pretty robust and so I ordered them with the extensions which were about $22 extra. Total price was ~$112 which is lower that some other offerings I've seen that are similar in style. Curious if anyone has installed these yet and if so, was it difficult? Seems pretty straight forward from the instructions.

Westcott Design ditch light brackets are best design to me in term of integrated LC form. It is the sexiest and no obstruction to driver view.
Until now, I didn’t see folks use it yet beside the “standard” design ones. I guess that people afraid to install them because requires a bit more works…That’s not difficult at all. I did install them by myself ;)

Yeah I saw those in person and disagree. Those are ugly imo and the added hoop seems unnecessary. Prefer the style mount behind the hood in front of the a pillar. Gives more flexibility on light choice and you can add more than one each side.

Check out the ditch light brackets that CA tuned offroad just released!

Does CA tuned offroad plan on changing up the design so it'll fit vehicles with hood struts installed? I'd think it's a minor change. And hood struts mods are one of the most common mods on these SUVs.

I ran into this very issue myself, this is a great question. I was going to send them an email today to see if they would be willing to make that modification.

Maybe the Wescott's are a better way to go?
Any response from CA Tuned?

Imo Westcott ones are the worst one so far in all that's available. But that's my subjective opinion. No response from CA Tuned whatsoever either. It seems like they respond on Instagram much faster with my other questions. For some reason email never gets responded.

Why are the Wescotts the worst?
Looks very sturdy and well thought out.
Yes some drilling and mounting but a well designed mount.

To install Westcott ditch light bracket/design, you have to drill not only the plastic corner panel, you have to drill into the car door metal frame (per their video), take the entire door panel off, take off the speaker, drill another hole in the metal panel, and fish the wire through, all to just poke another hole through the firewall, pull the wire back into the engine bay in order for it to be powered. When you can simply get something like a CAtuned bracket (similar to designs that have been tried and true on all other off-raod vehicles like the 4R), skipping all the process that is underlined above. On top of that, it just looks like an afterthought, doesn't look streamlined with the rest of the vehicle, in my opinion.

I had not sent an email because a couple of members on the forum who saw my post about the modifications that I had made to the CA Tuned ditch light brackets, and said they would show the guys over at CATuned Offroad.

I went ahead and sent an email tonight directly to Rav with the photos of the modifications I had made. I will let you know if I hear something back.

Please keep us posted. I might go with CAtuned as well. I personally don't like to cut the existing trim pieces like the Rago requires as well. Saw some other Australian ones that are also designed better. Not sure if they sell to the US.
