If I'm understanding your picture correctly, then the answer is yes. The Method wheels are lug-centric and require different lugnuts than the OEM wheels. The Toyota OEM wheels are hub centric.

Yep this is true. And they're splined so you should buy the chuck for tightening the lugs.
