I had something similar happen to mine, it was my fault! I had removed the door card and when I out it back on, I didn't seat the control panel's electrical plug fully. I figured it out and fully seated the plug and have had no issues since.
Note: the lock/unlock and latch cable can be reinstalled very easily as they just kind of locate in the door card vs a physical screw/latch.
