Has anybody notice your mirrors light up when you walk up to vehicle. Took me a year to notice that. Still learning all the gadgets.

I may try tonight! It's in our garage so we will see if it works!

Do you mean sideview mirrors? If so, then yes have noticed this and very cool. Do not need to unlock. Just walk near it. But you have to have key fob with you I think.

It's programmable (dealer or equivalent) and is using the proximity of the FOB's transmitter.

Yes just have the FOB with you. Truck needs to be locked and walk up to it. Pretty cool.
