Kayak and Canoe

I took my canoe for a 1000 km spin last weekend. No issues with security with front and rear straps and a rope with a truckers hitch over the middle.

p.s. Used my old thule square crossbars.

I'm working on trying to get my hullavator rack system onto my LC Standard Toyota Accessory roof rack but it doesn't look easy. The Thule configurator website didn't provide any options so I'm guessing it's not supported. I'm going to try and get it done on my own. I'm bringing the hullavator over from my old 4runner which had the Thule feet and cross bars. Here are pics of the standard roof rack rail I have which basically just provides a slot for bolts. Also are some pics of my tower and the mount for the hullavator coming over from my old 4runner. Any thoughts or help is greatly appreciated!

I can not envision what you are trying to do from your pictures........ I assume you are trying to mount that rail onto the LC's roof crossbars. I'm not sure what the hullavator feet/mounts look like, but if you were to purchase some "T" bolts from Amazon, the "T" would secure in the LC's bolt track/slot. You could then purchase a piece of alum round stock and make some spacers/stand-offs.

Anyone have success fitting a kayak/SUP AND a cargo box yet? Curious if it is reasonable, in particular with a large cargo box.

I can fit my hullavator and thule roof box side by side - I'll grab a photo next time I have them both up. I have the thinner roof box

Here's a photo of the box with rod holders. The hullavator is about that same width

You need this t-bar adapter and some M8x20 screws (Thule should include screws with the adapter) and some T-slot nuts from Amazon. The ones Thule came with didn't fit my roof rack (prospeed rack)
