Intake vent instead of Snorkel.

Hello guys, i was wondering if someone with design skills and 3D printing can design a fender vent that would connect to the intake box via a small duct between the fender and intake box, it would provide fresh air instead of taking the air from inside the fender, something like the LC79 snorkel delete kit.
