How Hard Would It Be To Add Back Seats & Seatbelts To 1970 FJ40?

Look for some advise from the experts. I am thinking about buying a really nice 1970 FJ40 for a fun summer around town (and maybe very very light off roading...dirt roads style) top off car. It does not have back seats currently. I would like to add back seats and seatbelts. How difficult would it be to add seats (preferably forward facing) and sturdy seatbelts.

Picture for attention. Not the exact one but similar. It does have a full roll cage. Thanks ya'll!

Wrong forum but here is one kit with belts included. Not hard at all but will likely require drilling the floor to mount. Cheaper than a good set of used jump seats but still not cheap.
