Hitch Cut-Out: US Spec. v. EUR Spec.?

Does anyone know if the hitch cut-out / positioning is different on the US Spec v. EUR / Asian Spec?

Specifically, if their hitches are cut into the rear bumper higher up than our US Spec'd editions?
