I recently put a deposit down on an LCLC in Underground. It is estimated to arrive in late May or early June. Hoping it slides in before additional tariffs but won't know until the dealer takes possession.

My plan is to equip it with 17' RRW RR7-S wheels (+25) and 34x10.5 Toyo Open Country A/T III tires which should keep weight close to stock. I'd like to avoid rubbing and any modifications so if someone has any thoughts on whether that combo would work or not is greatly appreciated. Looks to be ok with 17" +35 wheels based on what I've found in the forums.

Probably won't do any hardcore off roading but do a fair bit of trails and camping though out the Midwest and Northeast.

My current ride is a 2019 Colorado ZR2 and the Land Cruiser looks to offer better on road refinement and better gas mileage. Will be my first Toyota and have admired the brand and its cars and trucks since the late 80s.

Have been a voyeur on these forums for many months and really appreciate the enthusiasm and information provided by the members! Definitely helped me pull the trigger on the LC.

Welcome to the Jungle!

Welcome. As an owner of an underground LC, you’re going to love your color choice. You’ll find it’s sometimes black, sometimes brown, in addition to grey.

I initially wanted Meteor Shower but the opportunity for the Underground came up and it was my close second choice so I jumped on it. Now deciding between gunmetal or black wheels.
