The LC owners manual says that the frequencies of some radios can interfere with the hybrid system.
I find HAM radio to be helpful for many reasons- I’m K4BCM on QRZ,

Love to hear your thoughts on putting a radio in my LC!

The way I read it, it's just a generic warning that's technically true with any electronics. If you have high power RF near a bunch of electronics and signal cables, it might pick up some noise. Honestly, you're more likely to notice it the other way around. The switching of inverters in EVs and hybrids are known to sometimes cause QRM on HF bands. You should be able to use VHF/UHF no problem though.
