Front seat heaters

Hi Guys,

Hoping to find out any information as to why my front heated seats do not seem to be operating.
200 Lc 2016.
I've checked fuses, ok.
Led on button operate, but no heat.
Can anyone suggest where else to check?
Does anyone have an electrical diagram or a description of how they control?
Rear seats are operating correctly..
