FE Rack “extra bolts”

Hey all, hoping the group can help me out here. Picked up a used FE rack a couple days ago and got it installed this morning.

Everything was already put together, but I removed the feet to follow the Toyota installation instructions. Everything went up fine, but after I finished install these four bolts were left over that I didn’t notice a spot for.

Anyone know what these are for? Seem like the should screw into plastic, but I didn’t noticed anything on the fairings.

Yep, that’s the PDF I used, doesn’t show where these bolts go unfortunately. Doesn’t look like the PDF even distinguishes between ANY of the bolts that are required.

Those look like the "side" bolts that hold the outer cover assembly to the inner frame.

I know when I attempted to remove mine, I removed the 12 bolts holding outer cover to the inner frame, but it was still attached to the front somewhere and I quit the removal due to, I wouldn't be able to remove/handle the entire thing by myself.
