Dongar PRO - Dash Cam Parking Mode Adapter UPDATES!

I used the 5-pin under the overhead console. I started behind the mirror but did not see any available harness. The overhead dome had an unused 5-pin taped up by factory visible from the drivers seat.
It was very easy to run the cable to the mirror above the roof lining

Thanks, really helped you mentioned it was taped up on passenger side, I would probably searched for quite a while otherwise. The obvious connection was a a 10 pin male connection on drivers side, wonder what thats for…?

Probably the one I could not find! Possibly for the OEM camera that can extend behind the mirror?? Either way, the 5-pin seems to be doing the job

Some questions.

1. If I buy the Dongar Pro, it comes with all the connectors, right? 5, 10, and 12 PIN.

2. Why do you recommend the roof cavity install for the LC instead of the rearview mirror install?

3. What happens if you disconnect the Toyota Safety Sense 12-Pin? Are there any issues if you just plug it back in?

4. Are you going to post any LC video install guides?
