I’ve been dealing with Dirtcom for the last several months on an order I placed for a rear tire swing. I finally had to cancel the order after my needs and shipping date were missed by the company. I’m now currently dealing with getting a refund, and needless to say it has been a very frustrating experience. I’m not sure if anyone else has had issues with the company or not.
Earlier today I received a call from someone at the company that informed me that as of last week they are under new management and are halting all orders of the trail swing until they sort out the business issues and get things back on track.

With new management, what is the status of your refund?

Did you use a credit card? As long as you have email comm showing the delay and request to cancel, I would request a chargeback from the cc company immediately and be done with it. Companies that play games like that with your money deserve nothing more from you and the explainer from them now that they are under new management is an easy cop-out.

No refund yet, they said they are processing it this week. I plan on filing a complaint and asking for refund with the credit card company.

Update…never heard back from Dirtcom. Had to file a complaint with my credit card company to have them refund the money and go after Dirtcom on my behalf. Steer clear of this company!!

Never heard of them till I clicked here

I have had the same issue and responses from them. Just got an email that it should ship out soon but in two pieces due to shipping company requirements. Hope to have soon as it has been over 1 month since I ordered.

I forget exactly what the stated lead time was when I was ordered, but I recall that I was expecting the DirtCom swing-out around Easter. The design and functionality are both pretty close to what I was looking for, so I have a month or so patience left still.

Thx for the heads up, saved me some headaches and added legal actions against these startups that are poorly run.

Hopefully it works out! I was looking forward to the trail swing until they ran into manufacturing issues and stopped communicating.

I've got a used one for sale, if anyone's interested.... no wait times and don't have to deal with communication with the vendor
