Thanks for posting! I live in Minnesota, looking to do the same. How long did this take you to install? Could you do it without a lift?

Took me about 2 hours, but I took my time

You can do it without a lift, but it does require removing both front wheels so at a minimum you'd need a jack and jack stands

Well, as of this writing, I'm now the first LC250 in the continental US (lower 48)(that I know of) with a factory block heater.

18*F last night, started the LC this morning, Coolant was up to operating temperature in about 30 seconds from departure.

How did you get ahold of these instructions?

I have learned a few things in the past month… A good friend was heading into Canada, I ordered my LC block heater parts, paid for them and had them held for pick up. This worked out well.

The wife liked the install enough to decide she needed the same for her RAV4…. Now I need the instructions. Those were awesome for the LC install.

The Jackson Toyota link is working again and my friend isn’t headed back to Canada in the near future. I ordered direct along with a couple of spare cords (since I can’t exactly run to the local store and pick one up when someone runs over it with the snowblower). Shipping was reasonable and it got here in under a week. HOWEVER have a check ready for UPS to pay the 35% tariff to get your box and yes, the price of shipping is included in the tariff cost.
