Annoying repeated BT request to pair pop-up

I'm occasionally getting a never ending Bluetooth "Tap to pair with Null" pop-up request in my Android phone.

As the human-friendly text ID of the requester was evidently left blank by the idiot software developer I can't figure out what in my LC FE is causing it: key fob, dashcam, or something else in the car.
Is anybody else getting this and, more importantly, have you figured out what is causing it?

I've had this happen constantly for the last month. It stops when I'm not near the car, but anytime within remote distance it starts popping up, including while driving. Super annoying. Force stop the app seems to work until I need the app for a remote start. Anyone else solve this? I tried turning notifications off for the Toyota app based on a reddit suggestion - tbd if that helps.
