Went through a couple of iterations before I landed on this set.
Went with the King Coilovers and Camburg UCAs. Net about 2.5" in the front with King shocks and stock springs in the rear. Going to bring the front down a little, just havn't had time. First ran 285/60r20 on the stock wheels. Actually rubbed at full lock on the belly skid. Would have been fine with 1" spacers.
Ended up going with the Method 703 17" with 35mm offset. In my opinion the poke worked out real nice. Running the 35x11.5r17. Fit real nice with no rubbing at all. I am not going to say it isn't close but they absolutely fit. Just thought I would share my experience. I think 25mm offset may rub on the back of the wheel well outside tire at full lock. IMHO.

Crawled under and took some pics. I'd say well over 1/2". Way more than most performance cars.
