Little update on this, if anyone is interested. The seller posted a new listening for the 4V8 colour:

eBay Listing

Doing a little research, it looks like the parking sensor retainers are stuck to the back of this part, so a new one would have to be purchased for each side. They’re around $20 USD or $30 CAD. P/N 89348-60180. I’m assuming these come with some sort of adhesive backing.

Bought the cover from eBay. This part has 3m double tape and doesn’t require removing the bumper which is exactly why I got it. $120 shipped

Did those not have clips like in my post above? Can you share the eBay listing you used?

There appears to be at least one happy customer of these Chinese fog light covers, per eBay review.

Well I ended up ordering the covers. On inspection, I would say these are excellent quality.

Installation was easy enough, but I managed to break one of the bumper clips which to my astonishment is part of the headlamp assembly. As a result, the bumper doesn’t sit exactly as it should in one corner. I’ll have to see if I can figure out my own fix, because the headlamps are very expensive. Open to suggestions! Can you post the instructions?
YouTube has a few bumper removal videos that do a good job. I’m not sure what I could have done differently to avoid breaking the clip, however. The only thing I would add is that the “modular” sections of the bumper, including the fog light cover, come off in a specific order because they’re overlapped. The bottom corner panels come off first. As noted a few posts back with the part number, you will need new parking sensor retainers from Toyota.

is the texture difference noticeable? Local body shop is confident there wont be a difference after painting original.

No complaints. Paint match and finish is perfect. I think this route is much cheaper than a body shop. They were $260 USD at the time I purchased.

JIC things go sideways.

Any idea on the part numbers for these left and right bumper outer covers with cross traffic alert with the headlight washer cut outs? and the part number for the small trim/cover on top of the headlight washers?

(On Non North American models)

Nope. Sorry

Could also try this company, have heard good things, but never used them myself.

Update on this, in case anyone else runs into the problem. There is a little plastic tab that can get bent, this is what can prevent the bumper from sitting correctly. I bent it back so it goes into the clip that broke, issue solved.
