Has anyone found a decent usb c wireless charger that fits in the right slot under the dash ( possibly solid plastic, as the rubber ones tend to loose the charging surface contact) or an aftermarket solution that almost looks like OEM? I had few for bmws or Lexus and they were great, literally just snapping them on the part where the wireless charger was supposed to be and they looked like coming out of factory.

Something along this lines will be amazing

Did you ever find anything? Looking to help a buddy hardwire a charge mat in his 1958.
Well, yes and no. No as I didn’t find anything pre made. Yes I ‘build’ a solution that consist of a usb c wireless charger, a usb c ‘c shape’ connector and the matt that cover the wireless charger. So I hid the cable under the matt, used the C shape usb connector and the wireless charger is underneath. Looks almost OEM and works just fine

Great aftermarket diy! Congrats. Any improvements so far?

I will probably do the same and add a wiress CarPlay dongle:

Also I am still looking to replace the basic display my LC250’s. 8” infotainment screen with a larger 12.3”

Excellent!!! What size mat wa that. I bought one on Amazon and it was too big.

I simply used double sided tape and a mag charger disc for our iPhones. It's working very well. No mat required.
