Inka corn! My wife hates it though because I’ll have a beard full by the first rest stop

Especially if you happen to forget they are there for a few days.
One of my favorite crunchy snack is Brown Sugar Oatmeal Squares from Quaker. I throw a few handfuls in a ziploc baggie, makes for a good snack.
