What does this upgrade cost ?

From dealer anyone know cost to change out to these? Seem easier than trying to sell used tires with 50 miles on them and rebuy.

Window sticker price is $1,549 for tire upgrade (4 tires, spare is not upgraded). You can probably find them for less from a tire store and still have your original tires to sell for some amount
