Took delivery of my new 2025 LC250/1958 today and drove it straight to Discount Tire to swap out the stock Yokohama 245s for a new set of Nitto Terra Grappler G3s (275/70r18 SL) and figured some before & after pics might help those considering a similar such swap.

(see comments below for before and then after pics)

Going to try and sell the stock tires this coming week but, if that falls through, I may just accept the pittance DT is offering me of $30 per tire (since I don't really have a great place to store the tires)...

Strictly for aesthetic comparison; I've driven on the Yoko's for <10 miles so I won't be able to give any performance/mpg feedback unfortunately.

Hi, the tires look really nice on the LC.
I installed them today and the tech at America's Tires said that it would rub if I do tight turn. Do you experience that? And are you able to fit the tire to the spare tire well? The tech also said it would not fit so I have to carry it in the trunk right now.

I don't know about the rubbing on the higher offset wheels of the 1958, but on the FE wheels with 10mm less offset they work perfect without rubbing in any condition.
Regarding the spare, the tech was lazy or incompetent. The 275s absolutely fit in the spare wheel well. They just hang a bit lower removing some clearance so that's your trade-off.

Here are the Toyo's with 25mm offset. About 1/4" poke, which produces a nice athletic stance but not an obnoxious one.

That's true. I put the spare tire back myself. I also haven't notice any rubbing. Just curious why the tech would say so. I have not had a really good experience with America's Tires.
