I have OEM shocks currently and on the highway it feels “floaty” and “bouncy” does any recommend a solution? I am NOT looking to level or lift my LC. I just want it to be less bouncy on the highway on rough roads

Did you ever come up with a solution?
I do not know for certain, but I think you could change the springs only while leaving the stock shocks. A stiffer/ stronger spring would reduce the floaty feeling. Not a complete change to the suspension, but perhaps could stiffen up the ride a bit.
Hopefully someone more knowledgeable will chime in on this.
If not, there is a source who could provide definitive information and would probably have good advice on which springs to use - Exit Offroad, Jacksonville, FL.

Consider tires i love my suspension.
If the TRD pro shocks can be used that would be a consideration, not sure.
Shocks with externally adjustable valving may be able to do what your after if its not the tires.

I've been hitting AI like crazy the last few days re shocks. My issue is the rear end sounds like it is about to come apart on 20mph washboarded surfaces. Shake rattle and roll, lol.
I've concluded:
It's the shocks not the springs, I don't want to spend for external reservoirs, the three "usual suspects" for this application are Bilstein 4600 (stock height), Eibach Pro-Truck, and Fox 2.0.
The bilsteins are not currently an official fit, but likely soon. Firmest, probably would solve your floatiness, but probably still too stiff for my washboard issues.
The eibachs ARE an official fit. Middle ground in terms of firmness.
The Fox 2.0 is not yet an official fit for the rears of the 250. Soon. Softest option.
If I'm you I'd get the eibachs on black friday and not look back. You're probably looking at front and rear for your application.
Personally i will probably wait for the Fox to release because I'm more interested in plush ride quality and just in the back.

Radflo can also custom build/tune OEM replacement shocks to suit the driver's preference.
