We've pretty much killed this topic with endless posts. But, how many of us actually have experienced the squeal and how much?

Mine sequel, but only first time in the morning while going in revirde. İt doesn’t squeal afterwards. Do people get continuous squeals?

Mine squeal on first startup or after they’ve been let to sit. It’s not terrible but it’s pretty annoying and a bit embarrassing lol. I now reverse my car into the driveway, when parking, to avoid having to hear it.

I haven't even wanted to post on this topic for fear that something will change, but I've never heard a squeak from my brakes during the 6 weeks I've owned my LC.

Just dropped my vehicle off at my local dealership for its first service and lodged the brake squeal complaint with them. We’ll see if they can replicate the issue. Not holding my breath lol… I’ve also called Toyota Brand Management and lodged an official complaint there as well.

I have complained to Toyota Engagement twice, dealer twice and have had no resolution. 8500 miles now. So I filed a dispute complaint with manufacturer center in Dallas. All I’m asking for is repair of the problem as Lexus owners are getting with the GX. Would encourage others to call Toyota Brand engagement and/or file a dispute resolution request themselves. The only way Toyota will resolve this is if they hear enough noise. The dispute form can be found in your glove box in the center of the “Owners Warranty Rights Notification “ booklet.

My 1-ton diesel (traded it in for my LC) sounded like a freight train. Every day. Multiple times a day.

So this possibility was not a dealbreaker for me So far, I haven’t heard anything

This is what happens to me- loud squeal reversing first few times Im backing then it stops the rest of the day.

I had my first short squeak yesterday backing out of garage. 9k miles. Had a lot of rain lately, otherwise nothing different. I guess none of us are immune!
