Two engine coolant fill locations?

I noticed my Land Cruiser has what appears to be two separate engine coolant filler locations. Are these for two separate coolant circuits?

The small tank up by the firewall on the passenger side is for the hybrid cooling system. The one at the front is normal ICE radiator fill tank.

Anyone else front coolant level (pink) near the L level. It's been like that since factory and hasn't changed much so I'm not worried. I was just curious if maybe it was underfilled from factory?

I left mine alone. Just a reservoir

Just checked mine, it is at full mark when cold.

From the factory - both coolant reservoirs were at the L mark when cold on mine. I’ll eventually add a bit more in each reservoir.

Also the oil was overfilled past the top mark about 1/4 inch.

So this one uses the same as the regular radiator to cool the hybrid system?
