What is best tire dressing to use that won't damage or crack sidewalls of tires?

I like "No Touch" tire dressing. It leaves a satiny shine and cleans the tires without having to scrub them. It can be really expensive in individual cans but there are deals on Amazon for 6-packs of 21 oz cans for $45 +/-. I've seen those 6-packs for as low as $35 and as high as $55 so you have to keep an eye out for deals.
