Sand First Edition (2.8L diesel - UK spec)
Love my UK spec LCFE but not the lack of lights at the rear - the UK spec has no lights in the tailgate and two pretty useless spots in the side

Has anyone found a decent solution - UK spec has a 3 pin socket as well as the USB-C sockets

I really fancy a decent light I can switch on and off but leave plunged in and which can illuminate across the back - perfect is scope to reduce the strength of the light

I bought these lights from Amazon and cut off the strap mounting points, fabricated a simple mount and mounted them under the grab handles in the cargo area. I wired them to the 12v battery as the lights have their own on/off switches. They work great!

Impressive - as a start I have bought a fairly small rechargeable light that can be attached to various places as itโ€™s magnetic - itโ€™s got different light intensities and shades - might need some steel tape in places but at least currently I fancy the option to alter its position when in use - if should be handy on top of my dogs travel crate (aerospace aluminium hence the need for the steel tape) or maybe off the open tailgate

It comes tomorrow so will have a play - not as factory a solution as some you guys have posted

here's a plug N play solution for your hatch light.

Did this easy install the other day. A 5-minute job. The prying of the existing switch panel required more force than expected, but this is about as easy as it gets. Only issue now is that the two existing lights need to replaced so they are also LED like the new trunk light.

We are currently testing one that is 2-color switchable, but unfortunately it's only for sale in US and Canada only.
I'm intrested in this light, i prefer yellow light when camping to avoid insects, I'll keep my eye on this product.

I placed an order for this light, but couldn't find more details on installation, so i'll just follow the ones from the other brand light in this thread.

Are you referring to the cargo lights, or the liftgate light? They are all pretty straight forward to install. The cargo lights all ship as plug and play, but the liftgate light still requires splicing. If you bought one of our cargo lights too, you can just splice into that harness so you don't have to modify any of your factory wiring. As for running the wiring, the videos out there already should be a good guide for you to get it installed.
